Finding myself with fuses blown and a broadcast deadline fast approaching… as the Israeli war on the people of Gaza builds a macabre momentum, with Western Governments standing proudly by as Israel methodically executes textbook war crimes and crimes against humanity…… I ask myself, “what should this artist do”.
The scale of events in Palestine have temporarily blown my fuses.
My natural instincts and usual response of dark humour and reflection feel beyond inadequate for this time, and being painfully aware in these circumstance of the need to get any programming just right, I am broadcasting a stopgap program of painfully beautiful sounds for listening in painfully brutal times.
